Simply click-on Web Connect and enter your account number and your password. Your password is the same as your Touch-Tone-Teller password! Note: YOU MUST SIGN-UP FOR THIS SERVICE. After you have reached the Web Connect screen, click on "E-Sign up / Access Code". If you are not sure of your password, you can re-assign a new password to your account during the sign-up process.

• A firewall - this is when you click into Web Connect and you are prompted to enter your account number and your PIN. A firewall acts as a traffic director allowing the user to pass through and have access to (direct them to) only their account. If you enter the wrong PIN five times, it will lock you out. You will need to call Member Service in order to restore access.



• 128-bit encryption - This level of encryption is currently the best security available! What 128-bit means: there are 2 to the 128th power different combinations that will be needed to begin de-crypting one piece of information you enter and send to Kemba. This would take literally eons. The system is so sophisticated, we don't even know when you are logged-in and using Web Connect!
